Meet our Director, Dhawal. A firm believer in building things the right way, he is a full-stack developer, responsible for product development from ideation to deployment and beyond. He also helps design the overall architecture of the web application, from its core infrastructure and back-end to its custom front-end. 

Besides being passionate about technology, Dhawal is a musician and plays the guitar for his band  Across Seconds.

Meet our Tech Lead, Karina Mendonca. Karina is responsible for the development, design and maintenance of innovative, reusable and scalable web platforms and apps. She plans and monitors performance, integrity and security of database and servers.

Her experience in the field of web development enables her to convert client requirements to the right technology solutions.

Meet our Chief Operating Officer, Sweta Mehta. Sweta’s role as a Chief Operating Officer is to drive the end to end business operations, develop the culture of Agaetis and align it with the company’s vision. 

Sweta is passionate about travelling and has been to 24 countries and counting.

Meet our Director, Ravi. He’s responsible for the quality, creativity and delivery of a project. He translates concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. It is his job to ensure design and creative deliverables are aligned to client expectations and executed within budget and timescales.

Ravi is passionate about art and has a keen eye for detail, he likes to sketch and enjoys a good game of football.

Meet our Visual Design Lead, Snyder. His responsibilities include branding projects from the ground up, developing campaigns, design apps, websites, and onsite digital experiences while keeping it up to Agaetis standards. 

Snyder is passionate about playing football, travelling and reading about design.

Meet our Web Developer, Jay. He is responsible for the coding, design and layout of a website according to the project specifications. He helps in developing the user interface as well as design, test, code, iterate, and gather feedback from users. 

Jay loves playing open world games and dabbling with ethical hacking. 

Meet our Web Developer, Rajshree. She is responsible for the coding, design, and layout of a website according to the project specifications. She contributes to the development of the user interface as well as the design, testing, coding, iteration, and gathering of user feedback.

Her hobbies include watching anime, enjoying a good snack and trekking.

Meet our Quality Assurance Tester, Salman. He is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. Excellence is at the core of what we do, and Salman’s job is to make sure that all our projects meet our quality standards!

Aside from making sure the quality standards are being met, he also enjoys playing football and cricket. Gaming and biking are two of his favourite activities.

Meet our UI Developer, Glenn. His job is to translate creative software design concepts and ideas into reality using front-end technology. He is responsible for the look, feel, and presentation of web pages and applications while also ensuring their functionality.

Playing cricket, painting, and coding are some of his favourite hobbies when he’s not busy at work.

Meet our UI Developer, Zeeshan. His job is to translate creative software design concepts and ideas into reality using front-end technology. He is responsible for the look, feel, and presentation of web pages and applications while also ensuring their functionality.

Apart from work, Zeeshan likes to spend his free time trekking and gaming.

In her free time, Ashana likes to workout, play board games and is a great dancer.

In his free time Siddhesh loves gaming and a good old game of cricket.

Meet our Web Developer, Pranali. She plays a key role in bringing our digital projects to life, primarily working on the back-end using PHP. With a strong understanding of server-side logic and database integration, she ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently. Pranali also steps into the front-end when needed, making sure the user interface aligns seamlessly with the functionality.

Outside of work, Pranali loves cooking, listening to music, and unwinding with a good series.

Meet our Jr. UI Developer, Rohini. Her role involves translating design concepts into functional and engaging user interfaces using front-end technologies. Rohini is responsible for the look, feel, and interactivity of the web pages and applications she works on.

When she’s not coding, Rohini enjoys the rhythm of music and the experience of watching movies. She also likes to stay active by playing outdoor games and appreciates the simple pleasure of a good rest.

Meet our Jr. UI Designer, Rhea. She is responsible for the visual aspects and user interface design of our projects. Rhea translates concepts and requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs, contributing significantly to the overall user experience.

In her leisure time, Rhea enjoys getting lost in the pages of a good novel. She also has a sporty side, playing both football and badminton, and expresses her creativity through painting.

Meet our Jr. UI Designer, Nikhil. He focuses on creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our digital products. Nikhil plays a key role in shaping the look and feel of our applications, ensuring a positive and engaging user experience.

Beyond his design work, Nikhil has a keen interest in the world of sound and enjoys listening to music. He also delves into intellectual pursuits by reading philosophy books.

She focuses on creating seamless digital experiences that look great and perform smoothly across devices. Shalaka ensures that every pixel is in place while also keeping usability and accessibility at the core of her work.

When she’s not building user interfaces, Shalaka enjoys getting lost in a good book and spending time nurturing her plants.

When he’s not focused on quality assurance, Dhiraj is an avid fan of rally races and enjoys the thrill of the competition. He also likes to unwind by playing a good game of cricket.

Outside of work, Vaishnavi enjoys learning new languages and expressing herself through singing.

Meet our UI/UX Designer, Deepali. She works on both the visual design (UI) and the user experience (UX) of our digital products. Deepali focuses on creating designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitive and effective for the user.

Outside of her design work, Deepali enjoys expressing her creativity through arts and crafts.

Meet our Jr. Operations Assistant, Purvi. She provides essential support to the operational aspects of our company. Purvi assists in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day activities.
